For Ke’Shay, becoming the sensational recording artist that she is today was beyond a dream and determination -- It was inevitable.  As a young girl, her booming voice and high notes were noticed by many. Her self assurance and stage presence was noticeable even at such a young age. Ke’Shay had developed her own style of singing and performing. She is said to be a fascinating entertainer to watch.  Currently, the beautiful R&B singer performs regularly around the Bay Area on a regular basis. She has had breath-taking performances at Maxwell’s Lounge, Eli’s Mile High Club, Karribean City, SF Juneteenth Festival, Albuquerque, NM All-Star Basketball Game just to name a few. The songstress writes her own music for the most part, but enjoys working with other creative talents on her music so she can add additional flavor to her music. Her debut album is due out soon.  The inspiration to her R&B/Soul, upbeat funk style of music comes from such inspirational greats as Tina Turner & Aretha Franklin, who were her childhood idols.  Ke’Shay’s music mostly comes from personal life experiences and explains that different beats and tracks that she receives sometimes bring back specific memories, which inspire her to write great tunes for her forthcoming album
Dre J (Drummer) began drumming at the ripe old age of three when he sat upon his uncle's drum throne and began hitting the snare and toms with such energy and power that the church congregation at McGlothen Church of God In Christ took notice. "Dre", as he is known to family and friends, couldn't reach the kick drum pedal so he continued to concentrate on the upper parts of the drum set using the floor tom as the kick drum and played in the church band on Sundays when allowed. After being inspired and musically nurtured by his uncle and self practice Dre's foot finally reached the kick drum pedal and began to transition what he played on the floor tom to the kick drum improving his timing, speed and consistency. He also learned music playing in jazz and contemporary school bands. Dre's musical foundation is rooted in traditional and contemporary gospel, soul, funk, jazz, hip hop, Latin and rock music. There is no rhythm or pattern he can't master!!!  Moving forward, hence, the ultimate show drummer!  All who have performed with this drummer are amazed by his gift and his ability to keep the band focused and locked into a groove which allows the music to transcend and create a musically euphoric experience that will move you out of your seat!! And, if your still sitting down... you won't be for long!!!
David A (Bassist/Vocals) is an accomplished musician from Long Beach and relocated with his family to the San Francisco Bay Area as a teenager. David begun playing various musical instruments at a vey young age however, the bass is his favorite instrument.  He studied music performance, theory and composition at Berkeley and Long Beach high schools performed in the jazz ensembles.  His musical roots are diversified as he is a student of all musical genres.  David quickly became one of the most sought after bass players in the Bay Area.  He signed his first record deal at the ripe old age of 19 and began his career performing with Solar recording artists The Whispers and quickly signed a recording contract with bay area musical alumni Collage also on the Solar record label.  David later signed with Jay King of King Jay Records on the Warner Bros. record label with hit recording artists Club Nouveau.  David went on to eventually sign and perform with MC Hammer on the Too Legit world wide tour.  David is also an accomplished songwriter and record producer and has written recorded, produced and performed for Madonna, Groove Theory, Paul Simon, Club Nouveau, Foster/McElroy (Producers for En Vogue), The Whispers, Michael Cooper, Confunkshun, and Collage just to name a few.  His energy and ability to play his instrument with a passion is likened to Verdine White of Earth Wind and Fire, Bootsy Collins and Jaco Pastorius who are just a few of his muscial influences!
Byrd - (Vocalist, Dancer, Actor) Commonly recognized by her signature red hair, Byrd Duckett is a force to be reckoned with. A Triple threat, Byrd is well known in the Dance community and the Music world but lately she is also making strides in the world of theater. At her very center Byrd is an artists’ artist. Passionate and creative, her free-spirited nature radiates through her eclectic style of dress, songwriting and choreography. Byrd’s choreography has been known to inspire, move people to tears and have them shouting for joy. Her Theatrical performances have created a buzz that have carried on well past the run of each production she has been a part of. It is anticipated that her freshman music project titled, “My Name Is Byrd..” will be nothing less than a thought-provoking, emotional rollercoaster whose style can't help but be just as eclectic as Byrd herself. It has taken a long journey for her to get to the starting point of her career but the future promises to be a wild ride.

A recent transplant from Hollywood, California, Rick has performed in successful original and cover bands that have opened for legendary rock & roll acts such as Pat Benatar, Kansas, Eddie Money, and Joe Walsh. Since moving from Southern California, Rick has performed with several local acts, adding a "Flair" to the Splick-a-Groove flow.  His musical influences are Carlos Santana, Joe Walsh, and Doug Aldrich (guitarist for Whitesnake, and his former teacher).
